Time Zone Converter

Convert a Date & Time from one Timezone to another. This page is still a WIP. Defaults to the system default Time, and converts to one of the random timezone options. Changing the Date-Time / Time-Zone on one section will automatically update the other. Not sure how this will work for people not using DD/MM/YYYY format, so I'm trying to to make it work a bit better with different input fields, 24 hour format also does not work for the time.
